How to cancel your registration

  1. Click this link: CPC19 registration.
  2. Enter the name and email address you registered with.
  3. The next page will say “This email address has already been used…”
  4. Below that it will say “In order to view your registration details…”
  5. Enter your confirmation number.
    • The confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email you received or can click
      the button to have the confirmation re­-sent to you.
    • Please DO NOT CUT AND PASTE this number. Please re-­type it in.
  6. Click “ok” in the bottom right corner.
  7. Roughly in the center of the page, click “unregister/cancel.”
  8. Please review the information and confirm that you do, in fact, want to cancel.
  9. Click “finish” at the bottom of the page.
  10. The refund policy that was explained in the terms and conditions when you registered is programmed into the system. If a refund is due to you, the system will automatically refund the card you used to pay for your registration.
  11. There will be an admin fee charged for canceling. The service fee cannot be refunded.
