INCM wants you to receive this amazing, foundational training as our gift to you! EQUIP is designed for new leaders in children's and family ministry (those in ministry less than 5 years), however it can be an excellent resource for anyone in ministry looking to freshen up their skills!
EQUIP is solely an online learning experience. Students will be led in a 6-week course which includes reading, worksheets, audio messages, and webinars. The training provided in the Equip Course is geared toward helping new leaders advance and grow in their leadership, vision, and practical skills.
